See Part I of my NBA fantasy basketball rant here.

Bucks heat up in second half, edge Pacers in Beertown...Underachiever uncharacteristically lit it up, going for 32, 7 and 4, including 4-for-6 from the arc, and Charlie Bell had a month with 20 points...Frequently had 17 points, messing up my fantasy roster, as usual, and Suddenly Sessions had 15 points, 5 boards and 17 dimes...Francisco Elson exploded for 6 points, and Luc Richard Whatever scored 8 with 11 rebounds...Danny Granger led Indiana with 26, but struggled from the floor, going 5-for-18...Troy Murphy (5-of-9 from the arc) had a 23 and 10 doubler, Jarrett Jack went for 21 and 6 assists, and T.J. Ford, former Buck, had 14 points and 13 dimes...R Roy Hibbert had 8 points and 4 personals...Milwaukee shot 54% from the floor...Pacer fan is wondering how the team beats Cleveland and loses to the likes of Washington and Milwaukee, other than they're flat terrible (6-22) on the road...there was a Brandon Rush sighting.
Guess why New Orleans lost to Boston in The Big Easy...they violated Allen's Deviant Hoops Theorem, that's why, with 16 assists and 18 turnovers...Paul Pierce took a turn leading Boston with 30 points, and KG had a little doubler with 14 and 10...reserves Eddie House (12 points) and Leon Powe (11 and 6) helped hold off the Hornets in the fourth...David West led New Orleans with 15 and 8 after serving his one game suspension for clobbering Mike Miller...Hilton Armstrong, of all people, added 14 and 5, while Chris Paul, back after missing four games, struggled to 13 points on 15 shots...Peja was lousy, going 3-for-12 from the floor, and Casual Rasual mailed his game in, with 7 points and 4 boards in 27 minutes...RayRay just missed a donut in 19 minutes and left the game with a booboo on his thumb...the Hornets were money from the arc, going 2-for-11, while the Celtics were even worse, making 2-of-14 attempts, both by House.
Rockets thwart woeful Kings in Houston...Houston outscored Sacramento 52-31 in the middle two quarters, winning the second 17-10, resembling a high school score...The Chairman led the Rockets with 24 and 18, Scola went for 19 and 11, RonRon started and had 19 points, and Alston added 13 assists...Von Wafer had a donut in 12 minutes, but my boy Aaron Brooks had 10, 3 and 3 in 19 minutes off the bench...sorry Sacramento got 18 points from Kevin Martin, 15 from Bobby Jackson, and 14 from Jason Thompson...Spencer Hawes went for 12, 7 and 6, and Beno "Desperately Needs A Nickname, and Not Beano" Udrih had 10...John Salmons suffered through a 1-for-7 night with 2 points...the Kings had 19 assists and 19 turnovers, getting dangerously close to a you-know-what.
Lakers misfire late, as Jazz escape with win in SLC...Utah let the Lakers stay in the game in the fourth, missing 12-of-37 free throws for the game, many of them late...Deron Williams led five Jazzercizers in double figures with a smooth 31 and 11 assists..Okur, again off my fantasy roster, had 22 and 8, and C.J. Miles scored 17...Ronnie Brewer added 16, 3 and 4, including some Sports Center Top Tenners, and Paul Millsap had 10 and 8...Kobe was Kobe, with 37 points, and Lamar Odom accounted for 19 points and 19 boards...wow...Big Brother had 16 points and 5 personals, and Derek Fisher added 13...Luke Walton apparently did a lot of things that don't show up in the boxscore...this game qualifies as a Gut-Wrencher for Los Angeles, as they had a number of clean looks in the final minutes while the Jazz were clanging free throws.
Blazers pull away from Thunder in Portland...Brandon Roy led six Blazers in double figures with 22, 6 and 5, aided and abetted by reserve Travis Outlaw with 21 points...R Greg Oden had a 16 and 10 doubler, Lionel Aldridge followed suit with 11 and 10, and The Vanilla Gorilla, who needs to buy a vowel, pulled down 13 rebounds...R Jerryd Bayless contributed 12 points and 8 assists, and Rudy Fernandez came from the end of the bench for 13, 3 and 4...starters Batum and Rodriguez combined for five (5) points...not very good at all...the Thunder were led by R Russell Westbrook with 21 and 12, and Kevin Durant added 20, 7 and 4, interrupting his string of +30 point games...Jeff Green went for 17 and 5, and my boy Chris Wilcox had 11 and 5 in 17 minutes off the bench...starter Kyle Weaver just missed a donut with 2 points in 35 minutes...wicked awesome.
Knicks choke in regulation, lose in OT to the Clips in Los Angeles...Selfless Al's technical with 25 seconds left in the game allowed the Clippers to extend the game to overtime, where they outscored New York 18-14...Harrington ended up with 19 and 11, but went 1-for-10 from the arc and 8-for-24 from the floor...the guy's a piece of work...continuing with the Knicks, Nate Robinson went off with 33 points, 9 boards and 15 assists, and Wilson Chandler joined him with 27 points and 5 rebounds...Lunchbucket had another 17 and 12 doubler, and Jared Jeffries, starting again in the pivot, had a month with 16 points and 10 caroms...the Knicks' bench added only 12 points...Los Angeles put six players in double figures, led by R Eric Gordon with 30 points and Here Comes Trouble with 22 points and 15 boards...Steve Novak came off the bench for 23 and 7, Baron Davis showed he's feeling better with 13 points and 20 (20!) assists, and Al Thornton contributed 20, 8 and 3...New York's suspect defense hurt them again tonight, as the Clips shot 52% from the floor and went 15-for-37 from the arc.
