To wear or not to wear, that is the question. You see, there is no doubt about it, Gladiator Sandals are hot! Every designer has got on board the trendy-train, from Balmain to Balenciaga, from Micheal Kors to Mui Mui. But just because designers are making them, does that mean I have to wear them?

I have to agree with fellow fashion blogger,Garance Dore, who said, “I want to be classic, you know?” Yes, I know.

You see, style is intrinsic. It’s not about what you wear, it’s about how you wear it. Don’t believe me? Take it from Vogue Paris editor, Carine Roitfeld, who in an interview with The Guardian UK said, “Fashion is not about clothes, it is about a look . . . the way you roll up the sleeves of a shirt, the way you handle a bag, the way you cross your legs, these can make the biggest difference."

My thoughts exactly!

So do I wear Gladiator Sandals? No. I think I will stick with my black flats and rounded toe pumps. They are way more “me”.
