New details are emerging in the arrest of comedian and actor Katt Williams. According to TMZ, what really happened is just now being reported. Williams' lawyer William Briggs told TMZ that this has all been the result of a dispute that Katt Williams had with an employee of movie producer Barry Hankerson (whose home Williams was a guest in at the time).
Briggs adds, "The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary. Katt had 'full permission' to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks."
It has originally been reported according to the Associated Press, that Williams "is charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, according to Coweta County Sheriff's Office Major James Yarbrough." Yarbrough continued, "the unidentified homeowner called police around 9 p.m. to report the comedian 'gained entry by breaking into the home, and items were taken from the residence.'"
