This recipe comes from my good friend Jenny, and is a hit at any potluck, party, or office get together. The ingredients are simple, and there is only one step to putting this dip together. If you love salsa and mayonnaise, you are going to love this dip!

Ingredients
1 cup mayo
1 cup salsa
1-2 chicken breasts, poached and shredded
zest and juice from 1 lime
chili powder to taste
1/2-1 cup red pepper, diced
1-1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

Directions
1. Mix ingredients, refrigerate for a few hours, and enjoy!
2. Serve with any kind of chips.

What's your favorite dip or appetizer to bring to a party?
