It reads better than a porno magazine.
"Roethlisberger began fondling Plaintiff through her dress and between her legs."
"He pulled her underpants off and proceeded to penetrate her."
Guy Hyder told her "most girls would feel lucky to get to have sex with someone like Ben Roethlisberger."
Claiming that "Roethlisberger held her against her will," a woman filed suit in Washoe County Nevada on July 17, 2009.
Reading through the document, she "feared that since he was a football player he could or would physically harm her if she attempted to fight him."
She "communicated her objection and lack of consent....protested several times...." It is a public document that anyone can read.
But is she a woman scorned? Why did she wait a year to file her lawsuit?
Was she diagnosed with major depression and anxiety because of a rape? Or for another reason?
"Plaintiff had to be fed intravenously because of the lack of fluids.....in grave health due to not sleeping and eating"
She was in and out of hospital after hospital stating falsely the reason for her breakdown and omitting anything at all about a rape to her doctors.
Normally a lawsuit is boring boring boring to read. This one is a must read!
