I might not always like certain vehicle design elements or performance standards might be sub par but overall, I get a thrill whenever I see a ride that catches my eye. Ray, my husband, was absolutely devoted to his 1989 Nissan Maxima. He lived for that vehicle! The performance (although it only had 160 hp) was beyond peppy, the comfort level of the seats—divine, all was right with that car in his eyes! Then came that dreaded day, the year was 1992, ‘

Finally, my brother ‘B’ is thoroughly enjoying a two year love affair with his Infinity QX 56, SUV ‘Bianca,’ and his wife doesn’t even mind. She has put up with his extreme madness for every vehicle he’s owned for years now. B is anal about the maintenance of his vehicle. As a matter of fact, B’s recurring bouts of tennis elbow can be linked to the constant polishing of his vehicle. His orthopedist is now the proud owner of a tropical vacation getaway home thanks to B’s weekly appointments!!! Even on snow, rain or extreme heat days, you can find B in his driveway trying to protect Bianca from the elements. Lordy!
