Good buddy Kathy came over last night for a belated birthday party for my daughter. When Heather asked her if she'd seen the latest efforts by the corn industry---their TV ad campaign---to swing folks over to the it's-okay-to-consume-high-fructose-corn-syrup camp, we both watched as fire shot out of Kathy's eyes. She echoed what a lot of us who have weighed in on the subject have said, "Oh, it just makes me so mad what they're doing trying to convince people that's it's safe to use!"  Right on, Kathy!

That misinformation is never far from my thoughts. I wanted to find out what other folks have to say about it, so I searched the internet, and ran into a seven-minuteYouTube video in which Dr. Vincent Bollonzi talks about many of the same things I touched on a while back. More than 65,000 people had already viewed the vid by the time I got there---and hopefully, it's helped to dispel those half-truths the corn industry is pushing at us. I'm encouraged by some of the comments I read.

Take a peek and see for yourself what the good doctor has to say.

Then stop back by here afterwards, and tell me what you think of Dr. Bollonzi's comments.
