2 Crazy Wahines is helping their bootcampers burn fat, tone up and look a lot healthier with more energy. With the second monthly session in full swing, we examine the benefits of group fitness. Why bother paying for someone to tell you what to do?
#1. Even if you think you will, you won't unless you make a concrete commitment
Should have; would have; could have. How many times do you make an appointment with yourself, only to reschedule when the going gets rough?
"I wanted to wake up early. My alarm clock went off."
"I had planned on stopping by the gym after work, but everyone was heading to pau hana."
By making a promise to yourself and by committing to someone else, backed by your hard-earned cash, you will stick with the original plan - to show up and work it out at bootcamp.
#2."I can push myself on my own. I don't need others to make me work hard"
Yeah, you can work hard. We know you will work hard on your own or with us. But, our goal isn't to make you work hard. Our goal is to make you work hard-ER; much harder than you think possible... and another small factor... we don't let you quit. If you quit, we fail and failure is in neither of our vocabularies - they don't call us 2 Crazy Wahines for nothing!
#3. Success is easier when you surround yourself with positive emotions, places and people
At 2 Crazy Wahines Bootcamp, you will find people of all ages; men and women; all at various fitness levels and with different health and fitness goals. Yet, you come together during each session and motivate one another to dig a little deeper; to give a little more. You develop friendships that will last longer than your monthly bootcamp session and you learn that when you work with others, your success is shared and celebrated in the group. It's not about every person for themselves; it's about taking the guesswork out of your workout so that you can focus on achieving small victories day by day.
