Beginning this week through November 14th, Legal Sea Foods presents the Chilean Wine Festival which offers the region’s renowned wines paired with a delicious new feature menu. During the Chilean Wine Festival, the 7th Street, NW, Crystal City, and Tyson’s Galleria locations will showcase the distinctive regional wines of Chile.

Featured wines will include Santa Rita Sauvignon Blanc Reserva, Casablanca Valley 2008; Vina Errazuriz “Wild Ferment” Chardonnay, Casablanca Valley 2007 and Cono Sur “Vision” Pinot Noir, Colchagua Valley, Chile, 2008. Sample each wine by the glass, bottle with dinner or an exploratory flight of three additional varieties for $7.95. In addition, Legal Sea Foods at Tysons Galleria II will be holding a Concha y Toro Wine Dinner on October 26th at 6:30 p.m. In 1883, Don Melchor Concha y Toro brought noble French grapevines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Merlot, and Carmenère from the Bordeaux region. By 1923,  the vineyard was incorporated as a stock company and shares were sold in the Santiago stock market. Today Concha y Toro vineyards is one of the largest producers of wines from Latin America.

This special wine dinner will be hosted by Italo Joffre of Concha y Toro vineyards and will allow guests to enjoy the unique flavors of the food through six courses and wine pairings of the Chilean Valley. Priced at $75 per person (including tax & gratuity).

Fourth Course

Seared Rare Tuna Merken Spice Rub, Sweet Potatoes, Greens with Raisins and Garlic, Olive Dressing
