Van Gogh's Dutch Caramel Vodka is practically dessert in a bottle. That makes it a great choice for one of the hottest trends of 2009 - the dessert drink. Any of these delicious cocktails will help satisfy your sweet tooth.

Cafe Caramel Martini recipe
Created by Rene Matos, Beverage Director, NYC Marriott Marquis

  • 2 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
  • 1/4 oz. caramel sauce
  • 1 oz. softened vanilla ice cream

Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously to ensure the caramel is well blended. Pour into a martini glass, and garnish with a cholive. (Note: A cholive is not a chocolate covered olive - it's an olive shaped chocolate truffle.)
