Scary ghost stories are half the fun of Halloween, aren't they? There's no need to stick to just spooky stories when you can enjoy a scarily good cocktail. If your Halloween party theme is ghosts and spirits, try this vodka-based trio for a frighteningly good time.

Liquified Ghost recipe

• 2 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. vanilla simple syrup
• 1 oz. cream
• 2 oz. club soda

Mix all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and stir just to blend. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Sour Ghost recipe

• 2 oz. vanilla vodka
• 1 oz. sour mix
• Ginger ale

Shake the vodka and sour mix in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass, and top off with ginger ale.

Grey Ghost recipe
If you're a fan of Grey Goose, then the Grey Ghost is the cocktail for you.

• 1 shot Grey Goose L'Orange vodka
• 1 shot Greg Goose La Vanilla vodka
• Splash of creme de cacao
• 2 oz. half & half

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake until icy. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
