Pumpkin Spice Liqueur

If you look forward to fall for the opportunity to indulge in the delicious flavor of pumpkin, then these cocktail recipes are for you. Start with smooth pumpkin, add the sweetness of graham crackers, and spice with vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Or you can do it the easy way, and include Hiram Walker's Pumpkin Spice. This seasonal liqueur does all the work, you get to reap the rewards.

Pumpkin Spice Martini recipe

Combine smooth pumpkin spice liqueur with Absolut 100, and you get a sweet treat that really packs a punch.

  • 3 parts Absolut 100
  • 1/2 part Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
  • splash of simple syrup

Combine all ingredients over ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.

Nutty Pumpkin Martini recipe

  • 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Frangelico
  • 1 oz. half & half

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

If the cool weather has you thinking of warm drinks, not cold, never fear. Pumpkin spice liqueur works there, as well.

Hot Pumpkin recipe

  • 1 oz. pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
  • Hot coffee

Pour the ingredients into a pre-heated mug in the order listed. Serve garnished with a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe

  • 1 oz. Frengelico
  • 1 oz. pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 4 oz. steamed half & half

Combine all ingredients in a pre-heated coffee mug. Garnish with whipped cream, and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
