Week 7 of the 2009 NFL regular season has come to an end, meaning it's time for some new NFL power rankings. The biggest story in my NFL power rankings from the previous week? There is a new number one. Even though the Saints did win, they just didn't look like a top-spot team. You can probably guess which team replaced the Saints as the best team in my NFL power rankings.
