President Bush's dog Barney bites a reporter? When will the drama end. Bush's family, cabinet and now dog have left an indelible mark on the White House. For many reasons, he will be one of the most unforgettable presidents to ever grace the White House. Nevertheless, the big question for today is why. Why did Barney bite the reporter?  Of course, you know I am not going to leave it up to CNN and all of those other tight shirts to tell me why. Here are the top seven reasons why I believe good old Barney bit the reporter. (Click on the video afterward to see the actual reporter.)

  1. Barney was tired of all of the bad press
  2. Barney was fearful that the reporter was a terrorist
  3. Barney was giving the reporter the traditional White House greeting
  4. Barney was showing everyone who really runs the Bush household
  5. Barney was bored and trying to get Bush to stop watching the Country Channel
  6. Barney was trying to do one more thing to make sure no one forgets about Bush
  7. Barney was saying "good-bye." Just like Bush, he knows his days are number.
