Always seeking to find new H1N1 Resources to share, one of the journals I use for research The Lancet has a remarkable, comprehensive H1N1 resource page. LANCET.COM is the website for the journal "The Lancet", one of the world's leading medical journals (a journal that began in 1823!).

The Lancet is an independent journal, without affiliation to a medical or scientific organization and considered an independent and authoritative voice in global medicine. The Lancet also has three specialty journals in the fields of oncology, neurology, and infectious diseases. The target audience is physicians and health professionals worldwide.

About: The Lancet's H1N1 Resource Centre is the result of a collaborative effort by the editors of over 40 Elsevier-published journals and 11 learned societies who have agreed to make freely available on this site any relevant content. All papers have been selected by a Lancet editor, grouped by topic and fulltext pdfs made available to download free of charge. Please check back regularly to this site for new content. The Lancet Conferences: Influenza in the Asia-Pacific  About: The emergence of a new strain of influenza A H1N1 (swine flu) has led to the first influenza pandemic since 1968. The virus is receiving unprecedented attention from media, the public, and governments. As such, The Lancet and The Lancet Infectious Diseases joined forces with the China Ministry of Health to develop a joint conference programme with the objective of enabling leaders in their fields to discuss management of influenza and pandemic preparedness in the Asia-Pacific region.

There is plenty more to sift through... have fun, become even more educated on H1N1 as well as on many other health issues. Please let me know what you think of this resource! Leave a comment, contact me via e-mail or sign up to receive regular updates by RSS or e-mail.

Thank you for being a loyal reader.
