The Livanos Family and Paul McLaughlin have recently relocated Oceana, to its new home just west of Rockefeller Center, in the McGraw Hill Building, at 1221 Avenue of the Americas at 49th Street, (212) 759-5941. Serving lunch and dinner daily, brunch on weekends, the American seafood restaurant offers a raw bar, a full-service bar, and three unique settings for private dining, in addition to the main dining room. There is now also a Chef's Table in the kitchen where guests have an intimate view of Executive Chef Ben Pollinger at work. Starting in 2010, Oceana will offer outdoor dining for 60 more guests, weather permitting.
 
Menus and other information can be found at www.oceanarestaurant.com.   Oceana serves lunch Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., continuous service at the raw bar and bar with a bar menu until 5 p.m.  Dinner Monday through Thursday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 5 p.m. to midnight, Brunch Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sunday dinner 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Private parties and reservations arranged by phoning 212-759-5941.
