With the passing of the 13th Annual Webby Awards comes a wildly obscure list of Web 2.0 cornerstones — and an equally quirky tally of winners. While Internet mainstays such as Digg and Flickr received due attention, an eccentric minority was also recognized. Without further deliberation, here's an ode to the latter, a smattering of WTF- or OMG-inducing digital oddities.
