It appears "Don't Tase Me Bro" 2.0 has finally struck.
A 23-year-old man who stripped during the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival earlier this week was tasered repeatedly after refusing to redress. Although three police officers handled the incident, only one operated the electronic stunning device in an attempt to calm the frenized streaker.
The self-proclaimed "Naked Wizard" was taken into custody later in the evening on suspicision of being drunk and disorderly and resisting arrest. The Indio Police Department has supported its officers' means of defense, citing the tasering as a necessary action given the circumstances.
