Another fine Pacific Northwest original!

Back in the day, Spud Fish and Chip, hand cut their fries and their fish fillets!  Today, progress has made a few changes, but none the less, Spud's is a great deal on fish & chips.  And if you happen to be in the Greenlake area, this is a place you must visit!

The tartar sauce is some of the finest around, and I top off every bite of my fish and fries in this stuff.  DELISH!  The fish itself is a flat and somewhat thick fillet that is breaded in a corn meal type of batter, it is then twice fried in 100% veggie oil!  While technically not a true "cheap" eat, because quality is never cheap, you'll be glad you spent a little bit more on the good stuff, served up here at Spud's!

Lines might look long on the busy days, but dang, the staff works fast and it is worth the wait.  A few seats inside and out, but the best bet is to take it to-go and eat next to Greenlake!

So for a treat after your jog around Greenlake or a quick pick up game of flag-football or some hoops, check'em out!  You'll be glad you did!

Business hours: Mon-Sun 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m

For a wonderful treat, check them out at:         6860 E Green Lake Way N
