Move over Rihanna, Cassie, Ray J and everyone else who has had a nude photo scandal over the last year. Award winning film screen writer Dustin Lance Black has been photographed nude, engaging in two sexual acts and possibly on a now "for sale" video !

Black, known for his part in the blockbuster film "Milk," became the victim of a photo leak late Friday. Unlike other stars, Black is caught, not just nude, but having both oral and anal sex with another man. According to Perez Hilton, where the photos are on full display both censored and uncensored, Black is out of the closet in terms of his sexuality. Nonetheless, the photos come as a surprise after Black's Oscar (Academy Award) win.

Dropping the photos on his blog with the words "this is cold," Perez Hilton writes "Someone intimately close to Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black sold him out to photo agency Starzlife."

The photographs, reportedly taken in 2006, are rumored to have been shot by a close friend.
