50 Cent and Ne-Yo continue to climb the charts with the hit single "Baby By Me".
Jumping twelve spots on this week's Billboard R&B/Hip Hop songs chart, the duo's single moved 39-27 amidst new music from Rihanna, Omarion and Trey Songz.
As previously reported, "Baby By Me" precedes 50 Cent's anticipated album "Before I Self Destruct".
A video for "Baby By Me" was shot recently with Destiny's Child and solo starlet Kelly Rowland as 50 Cent's love interest and leading lady.
Getting close up in the video, which is due to premiere on MTV November 2, Rowland and 50 Cent were rumored to have great chemistry on set.

"Before I Self Destruct" is due in stores November 23 via Aftermath/Shady/Interscope.
