'After' picture in weight loss ad complains of fraud

You've seen the "miraculous" before and after pictures in countless ads on the Internet. An attractive, albeit overweight woman transforms herself by "obeying 1 rule" to lose her belly fat and has the stunning photographic evidence to prove it.
Turns out, it's all a lie.
Well, the woman in one of the more ubiquitous ads stepped forward and complained to a Miami TV watchdog to help get the ads off the Internet. Here's the video report:
