A New Year's wish from weight-loss phenom Ruby

I just love the Style Network show Ruby. It's about a Savannah, Ga., woman, Ruby Gettinger, and her journey to wellness. She started the show at nearly 500 pounds, and now she's down into the upper 300s.
What I love about the show is that she has formed a team -- dietitian, physician, personal trainer, psychologist -- to help her fight the battle on every level. And she also has a loving circle of friends who support her.
And here's a little New Year's Day bonus for y'all: I found Ruby's theme song. It's called I Can by Johanna Stahley and it's available on iTunes.
The Web site associated with the show also has little extras, like video messages from Ruby. Here's one for the new year, and I couldn't have put it any better:
