Biggest Loser contestant Abby Rike.
Ousted Biggest Loser contestant Abby Rike was on the Today show today talking about her transformation of body and soul on and off the Biggest Loser ranch.
"When I went in I thought 'I have to feel better,' and so I was willing to do whatever it took to make that happen," she said Tuesday.
She also appeared on today's Ellen show and was equally inspiring and also updated her weight-loss tally to 86 pounds.
Remember, Biggest Loser is tonight at 8 and contestants will be in Washington, DC, enjoying the landmarks, cooking in the White House kitchen and working out with a huge crowd of people.
