Keeping off the pounds can be tough in the workplace. A recent survey by careerbuilder.com revealed that nearly half of the office workers who responded said they had gained weight at their current jobs.

So what do you do?

  1. Stand up more.
  2. Get a headset and walk while you take calls.
  3. Book your snack appointments.
  4. Hide your goodies in a left-hand drawer.
