Everyone knows that getting more fish in your diet is a good thing. It's high in protein, low in fat and often contains healthy fish oils. But frozen meals that contain seafood can be tricky to enjoy if you work in an office, what with the "aroma" wafting from your cubicle.

Enter Lean Cuisine's new Seafood Selections Parmesan Crusted Fish. The centerpiece is a healthy-sized breaded and cheese-topped Alaskan pollock fillet, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids (140 mg, which is 87 percent of the daily value!). It's paired with penne pasta topped with tomato sauce and teamed up with zucchini and carrots.

The fish is moist and fresh tasting, there's a good amount of pasta and veggies in a tasty sauce and most importantly, the herbs and veggies kill mask the "uh, did somebody make fish?" aroma.

The tally: 290 calories, 8 grams fat (2 sat fat), 40 grams carbs, 4 grams fiber, 15 grams protein and 650 mg sodium.
