Olympics Day 11 - Beach Volleyball

 

At You24, the online magazine for health-club chain 24 Hour Fitness, you can read up on plyometrics, a high-energy workout that Olympic beach volleyball gold medalist (again!) Kerri Walsh uses to train. The three moves that are outlined are:

  • The ice skater
  • The reverse wood chop medicine ball throw (you need a really sturdy wall for this)
  • The medicine-ball chest press (a great partner exercise)
