Sure, they can lose the weight but can the Biggest Loser contestants keep it off?
Yes and no.
NBC has a great slideshow HERE on contestants from all the past seasons of the NBC show. Season 1 winner Ryan Benson has famously gained back nearly all the weight he lost on the show. But other contestants have done well. I met Mark Wylie early this year at a Biggest Loser event in Miami and I can attest to the fact that he still looks great. He's not at his finale weight but that's because he has put on a lot of muscle. Suzy Preston also was at the event and looked good -- but I soon found out that she was expecting baby No. 2. She has since given birth to little Jax and is working off two babies' worth of weight.
