It's no secret that we're all looking for ways to save money these days, especially when it comes to travel. No one wants to cut back on their weekend jaunts or vacations, but honestly, we do have to watch our budgets. Money, flickr, creative commons by jenn_jenn

The city of Atlanta is making it easier to experience some of its more popular attractions and events through two money saving offers:

  • If you are considering catching a performance at Alliance Theatre, 14th Street Playhouse, or at another venue, be sure to check out AtlanTIX. The site offers discounts on same-day tickets. You can even sign up to receive notices and/or updates on next-day tickets and shows.
  • No one likes to spend their time standing in line. With the Atlanta City Pass, you can bypass those lines and head right into the attraction or exhibit. For $69 ($49 for children), the Atlanta City Pass allows to visit such places as the World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium and more. The City Pass is good for nine days from the date of your purchase.
