The 80-acre Midland County Fairgrounds will again host the three-part Michigan Antiques and Collectible Festivals scheduled:

  • May 30-31
  • July 25-26
  • September 26-27

The Festivals are the largest event of their kind and thousands of event-goers will meet with 1,000 vendors for a weekend of fun shopping, eating, and sight-seeing.

The Fairgrounds are located at 6905 Eastman Avenue in Midland. Admission is $5 per person, with children ages 11 and under free. Festival hours are Saturday from 8 am until 6 pm, and Sunday from 8 am until 4 pm. According to their website, you can find:

  • Free antique appraisals at the Fair Center building on both Saturday and Sunday
  • Coin and Sports Memorabilia building - loaded with many hard to find treasures.
  • An exciting new classic car show - DJ/Bandstage/Giveaways in the car area.
  • Expanded Swap Meet and For-Sale Car Lot
  • Entertainment throughout the Festival featuring: Blues, Folk/Americana and Bluegrass Bands.
  • A variety of food and refreshments are available for purchase.
  • The May Festival features a Swing Dance performance by the Midland Swing Dance Group.
  • The July Festival features a classic car auction.
  • The September Festival features a demo derby.

80 acres is a lot of ground, so wear your comfortable walking shoes and maybe grab the umbrella.

The Michigan Department of Agriculture will present "Taste of Michigan" at their tent at the Festival in May. They will promote Michigan grown and made produce and products. There will be up to 25 vendors selling their wares. Be sure to visit their tent and take a look at the great Michigan-made products.
