The Bon Appetit Supper Club & Cafe, which will make its 3rd annual one-week-only appearance, is scheduled for September. The unique traveling-circus-like eatery popped up in late October in previous years, and serves lunch only, prepared by celebrated chefs.
While Bon Appetit has yet to release official dates, the location also remains a mystery, as the previous venue on W. 57th is currently under construction.
We do know that Cat Cora and Emeril Lagasse will be cooking and leading demonstrations, among many others.

In addition to a menu featuring an eclectic array from renowned chefs, the "select" weekday openings to the public will also include cooking demos, book signings, talkbacks with chefs and sommeliers and special offers and giveaways.
