Let's begin the second half with a little Balboa halftime commentary about forwards - "you need to create fouls to get corner kicks."

Let's see if it opens up more this half. The first 15 minutes were open, but after that the defenses sucked back in more and made it tough for Ronaldinho and Messi, who like their space.

51st minute- beautiful ball down the field, but Argentina can't do anything more with it

52 minute- GOOAAAAALLLLLLL Argentina, boring through ball/shot, and Aguero puts it in, close to putting it in off of his upper arm. He basically ran into the ball. Another Hand of God? Let's wait for another replay.

54th minute- Rafael Sobis hits the post, nice save, too, from Romero.

56th minute- Rafinha nearly chips the keeper, and ANOTHER commercial, unreal. Back to the goal while we have a chance. It looked like he tried to use his chest, as his arm was straight down against his body. but when he turned, it looked like the ball hit the upper arm more than the chest. Hard to see though, as it looked like the chest from afar.Game is opening up now, although Argentina will no doubt hunker down on D and then counterattack by letting Messi run

And we missed a goal. So pathetic by the network. Aguero gets a tap-in for his second goal off a low cross into the box. 2-0 Argentina. Wow, Brazil has just been hit square in the mouth, how will they respond?

61st- Neves and Pato are on now for Brazil, we should see some massive attacks from the Brazilians, but it will also open up Messi. Should be fun.

Finally we see the buildup to the goal, all Messi as he danced in the box and drew multiple defenders before sliding the ball off to the right where it came in to Aguero.

64th minute- free kick at top of box, 27 yards out. Ronaldinho shoots. Deflected but a card for encroachment and they'll do it again.

65th minute- OHHHHH, Ronaldinho's free kick dips over the wall and hits the post, then a ball into the box is scored by ruled offsides. Iffy on the replay, wish MSNBC could actually show us a competent slow-motion replay.

74th minute- hard foul on Messi on the right wing. Messi looks far more dangerous than Ronaldinho with the ball, constantly probing and running at people in the box. And just as I write this PENALTY. Messi dances around, ball in to Aguero, nice stop and go and tripped for the penalty.

75th minute- Riquelme for the penalty. Went down the middle, scores, 3-0 Argentina, and that should seal this one up.

And Balboa, penalties between the keeper and the shooter are 50/50 these days. Where does he get this garbage? 50/50? Incredible. Argentina has been by far the better side this half, using Messi's creativity and finishing off the good chances.

81st minute, red card to Lucas after a poor challenge from the backside. Might have been unlucky to get a straight red, but a poor, poor challenge that hit the back of the leg. Just frustration.

And Neves gets a straight red. Thought it was a tough break, but the replay shows him just going for the leg rather than the ball. These fouls are embarrasing for Brazil, who is now down to just nine men.

Argentina goes for the fourth goal, now just kickng it around to run out the clock. Wait, still going for it with a Messi shot.

Friday midnight CNBC, Argentina vs. Nigera (4-1 over Belgium). Should be a fun final
