Tonight would have been the first night of Michael Jackson's comeback tour, however, things turned out not as planned. As an alternative, fans of R&B will be treated to Beyonce performing in Sacramento and also get a sneak peek of her new video "Sweet Dreams." The video actually looks really good and tomorrow it will debut on MTV.
Beyonce becomes her alter ego Sasha Fierce on part of her 2009 'I Am..." world tour, her first outing since 2007. Beyonce will perform songs from her latest chart-topping album, 'I Am ... Sasha Fierce,' along with previous hits and classics, in a new high-tech production that will include the singer's all-female band. Beyonce shot to fame as one-third of Destiny's Child. Her 2003 solo debut, 'Dangerously in Love,' was a multi-platinum success with such hits as 'Crazy in Love' and 'Baby Boy.' Her second effort, 'B'day' solidified her diva status with the Billboard chart-toppers 'Irreplaceable,' 'Deja Vu' and her duet with Shakira, 'Beautiful Liar.' Her film career includes roles in 'Austin Powers in Goldmember,' the 2006 film version of the musical 'Dreamgirls' and her recent turn as Etta James in 'Cadillac Records.'
