According to a press release from the Vancouver Police Department, a 3 year old boy was found wandering aimlessly on Fourth Plain Boulevard and Norris Road at 5 a.m. on September 1, 2009. He was wearing non-matching pajama top and bottoms and told police that he is 3 years old and that his name is Andrew. The police attempted to locate his parents from the little bit of information Andrew could give about them, but were unsuccessful.

Andrew is currently being held in temporary foster care and anyone with information about his identity and/or his parents are urged to contact the Vancouver Police Department at 360-487-7399.
