Delegation is key to working from home.

An Epoch Times article by Joan Delaney -- More Flexibility Needed in the Workplace, Say Career Moms -- discusses the flexibility working parents seek in an employer.

I've worked for many companies claiming to be "flexible," but the definition of flexible can vary greatly. One company's "flex time" was an 8-5 schedule instead of the standard 8:30-5:30. Another company offered compressed work weeks (four 10-hour days, or four 9-hour days and a fifth 4-hour day), part-time employment with benefits, or a work-from-home option.

What has your experience been, with regard to flexibility to accommodate families? Have you noticed a disparity in the level of flexibility for fathers, versus what is offered to mothers?
