As many fantasy owners begin to make their playoff runs, there are numerous lineup decisions that need to be made. Many wide receivers who could make or break fantasy seasons have shown up as questionable for Week 9. Here’s the latest information on those players and some advice on if you should start or bench them.

Roddy White, Falcons

As early as Friday, White returned to the practice field in a limited role after not practicing on Thursday. He is expected to go today and pending a major setback when he gets ready before the game, he’s a lock in your starting lineup.

Anquan Boldin, Cardinals

He never got the trade he wanted or the contract similar to Larry Fitzgerald, but Boldin still gives everything he has when he goes. He took part in practice on Friday, in a limited capacity, and is very questionable for today with an ankle issue. Monitor this one up until gametime. If you have to make a decision now, it’s probably safer to bench him.

Calvin Johnson, Lions

Johnson, like White and Boldin, was part of Friday’s practice and expects to play today, but it was thought he would go last week too and he ended up out. It has the feel of a safer play this week that he’ll be active, but again, if you have the ability to wait for his later kickoff before making a final decision, wait. If not, it’s worth the gamble to play him today.

Devin Hester, Bears

Hester himself declared that his ankle won’t bother him on Sunday. Do you trust him? With his ability to score anytime the ball is in his hands, he has to be started if you’ve got him. Yes, there’s a little risk here, but the reward outweighs it.

Pierre Garcon, Colts

If you are a little short on WRs this week and need to know if it’s safe to go with Garcon… it’s safe. Yes, he missed practice time with an ankle issue, but with the news that Anthony Gonzalez will be out even longer after undergoing surgery, Garcon gets another chance to continue to step up.

Antonio Bryant, Buccaneers

It doesn’t look good for Bryant on Sunday. His knee issue will likely keep him out and unless you have no other options, there’s no good reason to start him this week.

Muhsin Muhammad, Panthers

Well, Muhammad is the most certain of the questionable players to not go as he didn’t make the trip with the team to New Orleans.
