Never one to shy away from any sort of "please look at me" attention, Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad (formerly) Johnson has taken things to a new level.

Reports indicate that #85 has officially changed his last name to Ocho Cinco -- for the few who don't know, a reference to his uniform number.

Remember a few years ago when he warmed up for a game with an Ocho Cinco label over his last name that quarterback Carson Palmer ripped off right before kickoff?

Maybe, just maybe, he's done this to get any attention off of his wild off-season that included wanting to be traded, but this is an extreme.

What's next? Players changing their last name to a symbol? No one in the entertainment world would ever be crazy enough to do something like that, would they? Or maybe a league that let's players put whatever they want on their jerseys? Nah, never happen.
