Feliciano, who's also widely known for his acclaimed version of “Light My Fire” (The Doors), has been honored in numerous occasions in 2008. Most recently, he won a Latin Grammy award for “Best Contemporary Tropical Album” for “Señor Bachata.” Also this year, he put out his new album “Con México en el Corazón,” plus he’s marking the 40th anniversary of his landmark world-series performance of “The Star Spangled Banner” with a series of special events.
