As the final day of Rum Month fades off for another 335 days I leave you with two rum recipes to hold you over until next year.

RUMPLESTILTSKIN
(aka- The Harvest Moon)
2 parts
Cruzan Rum1 part Malibu Coconut
1 part Meyers Dark
4 parts
Mango Nectar3 full pinches Ground Cinnamon
Shake and serve in a highball over ice
Garnish with pineapple and or cherry
PYRAT PEACH TEA
2 parts
Pyrat Rum1 part Peach Schnopps
1 part
Weed Sweet Tea Vodka1 part Sour Mix
Shake and serve in a highball over ice
Top off with 2 parts club soda
Garnish with Lemon
