Colorado Bulldog

Extremely close cousin to the White Russian, no one seems to know where the origin of the name ‘Colorado Bulldog’ came from but most people agree this creamy coffee/chocolaty cocktail is quite tasty. It’s like a milk shake or ice cream float for grown ups. This beverage can be served over ice as a dessert cocktail or neat with warm milk at bedtime as a delicious alternative to a hit of Sominex.

1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlúa
3.5 oz milk
Splash of Coca-Cola

Pour vodka, Kahlua and milk into a double rocks glass filled with ice. Empty into a shaker tin, cover and shake. Return to glass, add a splash of coke and enjoy. As a warm beverage omit the ice and add heated milk. Stir and enjoy.

For added flavor rim the glass with chocolate or coffee flavored Cocktail Candy sugar.
