Here's a great idea for kids who love to be crafty artists (that's just about all kids!)... a pack of cards that need to be colored!
KidCards were invented by a mom in Ohio and recently won a 2009 iParenting Media Excellent Products Award. They consist of a spiral bound set of coloring book-like cards with envelopes... all you do is tear one out along the perforated lines and give to your kids to color for that special someone.
We have the Vol. 1 pack that has cards for all occasions, including some that are perfect for Father's Day. My girls (ages 3 and 1.5) have been making these for Daddy and are so proud of their creations. Much better than a store bought card any day! Great to send to grandmas and grandpas and other loved ones that live further away too.
Here's a little extra bonus for you - when you buy 2 packs from www.kidcards.org, enter the Penny Promotion Code "Blogger Bonus" in the box and they'll send you a crayon set and watercolor paint set for just once cent! We have the colors and love them. They're erasable and hold up to the demands of little hands.
