Forget daycare, some businesses allow babies to come to work.

Sound too good to be true? It may be a rarity but it does happen at places like Badger, who makes skin care products, the advertising firm T3 and about 100 other companies in the US, according to NPR. That doesn't include the number of places that have daycare centers in their offices.

And it's a growing trend, according to USA Today, who reports "The number of companies allowing children at work on an occasional basis climbed to 29% last year, up from 22% in 2006, according to the Society for Human Resource Management."

Listen to an NPR story on family-friendly businesses that are allowing babies to stay with mom or dad all day that aired today HERE. And check out these articles at workforce.com and USA Today for more information.
