There's something about becoming a mom that makes you really like things with your kids names on it. I'm not quite sure what it is and I never got it before having children of my own. But now I'm in love with pretty necklaces that shout to the world these are my kids names and I love them. Makes me feel special I guess. You can give that feeling too with these cool gift ideas, perfect for a baby shower, Mother's Day or just because...

Sentimental Silver makes just those special necklaces I'm talking about. Each is hand made and hand stamped using pure recycled silver. They've got several different designs and you can even make your own necklace combo to suit your family. They also sell photo pendants that you can put along with the name tag ones. They can even include birth dates and gemstones if you want.

Circle of Sentiments necklaces are also a good choice for growing families or first time mommys. Each circle is printed with a child’s name and you can get them in all one color or multiple colors. I like to wear the charms on a stretchy cord necklace so my girls can pull on it all they want.

Sima Gilady Jewelry makes beautiful jewelry that is handmade by a mom artisan. The Family necklace, in particular, is perfect for moms as it is custom made with names of your family. The necklace is one of a kind and comes in a pretty heart shaped box with dried rose petals for an extra special touch. I have one with a pearl added and I really enjoy wearing it.

Another great "mom" jewelry idea are fake "jewels" made just for her baby to teeth on. They look cool and keep her little one entertained and relaxed, which is a gift in itself. Smart Mom Jewelry's Teething Bling are just that. They're cool looking on mom and babies love to chew on them too. These are especially neat because they look like real stones. All of their products are non-toxic, phthalate, BPA, PVC and lead free and all pendants come with a breakaway clasp. They've got so many colors and styles and sell bling in the form of necklaces, bracelets and key rings. Very cool indeed. Smart Mom's Teething Bling is a fav of lots of celebrities to boot.

Dr Bloom’s Chewable Jewels are similar and their plum Chewable Jewels benefit the Starlight Children’s Foundation. They're a safe, healthy and metal and allergy-free line of jewelry. It's dishwasher safe and was invented by a dentist for teething babies.
