Today continues the new "Baby Name of the Day" special series called "50 Names from 50 States."
For the next 50 days, I'll feature one cool city name for each state in the US that would make a cool baby name. If you have any other suggestions, leave a comment below and tell us all why that city's name is so great.
Today's baby name of the day is Stockton from the state of California. For info on the city go HERE.
Stockton is an old English last name meaning " from The Monastery Town." A famous Stockton in the sports world is former Utah Jazz player John Stockton, soon to be inducted into the hall of fame.
