If your child is old enough for a backless booster, a great choice is the Clek Olli. It comes in lots of fun prints (like the Paul Frank standard Julius in the photo at right) and attaches to the car with the LATCH system.
I love that this booster easily pops in and out of the car but is secured firmly using the LATCH system. My daughters aren't big enough to use this seat just yet, so I tested it out with a friend's child instead. He thought it was cool and comfortable to ride in. I liked it because it kept him in the seat, positioned properly.
Other great features the Olli includes are: a storage pocket, removable cover for easy washing, it only weighs five pounds and comes with a carrying strap and its got thick fabric on its underside to protect your cars seat too. This is definitely a great choice in a backless booster seat and one my children will be using when the time comes.
The Clek Olli is made for children whose height and weight are between 40-57 inches and are 40-120 pounds... making it a good choice to keep the kiddos comfy in a booster until they pass the 5 Step Test.
Clek has a brand new booster seat coming out later this spring for children a bit younger and smaller than those that the Olli is perfect for. It's called the Oobr. You can check it out HERE. I'll try to test that out as soon as its available and let you know how it stacks up to other booster seats I tested this week.
If you have any other questions you want to know about this seat or any other booster I've featured, please leave a comment below and I will answer your questions as soon as possible. I know how hard it is to select the right seat and you always have a lot of questions when deciding to make this big purchase.
