This week, the baby name of the day theme is names of famous ghosts that are said to haunt places around the world. Today's name: Monroe.
The ghost of Hollywood legend Marilyn Monroe is said to haunt the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and the Westwood Memorial Cemetery. Details about her ghost's "sightings" HERE.
Babynamesocean.com says Monroe is an English boys name coming from the name Munro which means "dweller of the red marsh or bog" and "man who lives by the river Roe."
