Harlow is traditionally a boys name meaning "hill with heap of rocks," according to BabyNamesWorld.com but is gaining popularity as a girls name.
Nicole Richie and Joel Madden named their little girl Harlow Winter Kate Madden. (You can see exclusive photos of Nicole and Harlow at People.com.)
Patricia Arquette and Joely Fisher also used Harlow in the names of their daughters.
