After having a baby, most moms struggle with loosing baby weight, which is generally concentrated in the stomach. RealAge reports that green tea might help you loose some of that tummy fat. They say:

It’s not clear how green tea boosts metabolism. Researchers suspect that something in the healthy brew makes fat more available as fuel, so you oxidize more of it when you exercise.
