Thanksgiving's hustle and bustle in the kitchen sometimes leaves moms and grandmas tired and ready for a nap by the time the meal prep is done.

Today I tried the perfect solution to let you rest (a bit) in the kitchen this week - a new triple slow cooker called Trio by Crock Pot. This bad boy lets you cook three separate sides all at the same time. That means you can cook stuffing, mac and cheese and sweet potatoes all side by side without much effort. There's even special recipes at Crock-Pot.com for all kinds of dishes, including Thanksgiving favorites.

If you wanna give Crock Pot cooking for Thanksgiving a try, follow these links for the recipe for:

Crock Pot stuffing from scratch

Crock Pot macaroni and cheese

Crock Pot sweet potato casserole

You can find lots more Crock-Pot recipes HERE.

Today, in my very first attempt ever at making a meal in a Crock-Pot, I made mac and cheese, glazed carrots and potato soup. All turned out fabulous and were so easy. I'm going to be cooking fun party food in it for our upcoming holiday party for sure... plus everyday meals too. I recommend giving this slow cooker a try!
