Daylight Savings Time 2008 ended today, November 2nd at 2am. That means it is now an hour earlier than it was at the same point in the day yesterday in most places in America. I hope that meant extra sleep for you.

Reminder to people who live in Arizona and other places in the US that don't observe DST: check the time of  some of your TV shows! You're now in the Mountain Time Zone until spring comes around.

When you check all your clocks today, it's a good idea to check the batteries in your smoke detector too.

For more info: If you want to know more about why we observe Daylight Savings Time to teach your children, check out THIS resource.
